who hasn't written about this?

seriously though, who has not written about their obsession with pinterest. or at least their love for it. mine may lean towards more of an addiction. ill be the first to admit it! but that's the first step isn't it? admitting the problem? except that i don't think its that much of a problem.

today, i have decided to go through all of my clothes and figure out what i want and do not want. i have so much to get rid of and its going to feel so good once my wardrobe is cleansed! how does pinterest come into play with this? well, ive created this dream wardrobe on pinterest. a lot of my clothes i don't even love anymore. why keep things, why clutter your space, why even clutter your mind with things you do not love? its a simple question! and the answer is ... there is no reason to do so. im so excited to finally just have pieces of clothing that i just love and start filling it with articles of clothing that i absolutely adore.

my mom calls me a bit of a clothes hoarder, and id quite like to agree. so today, im going to face my hoarding problem head on! ill be selling my clothes to my little sisters (no i won't make my little sisters pay for them...just my mom) but i need the money! im helping her out because shes not paying full price for some great items, and she's helping me out because i really need a small bit of income right now. yay!

i finished my sex and the city seasons...

so today i finished all my seasons of sex and the city...again...okay for the third time. so i thought i would write down a few of my most favorite quotes from the show. some are inspiring, some make you think, and some are just for heck of it. but sex and the city will forever be my most favorite show on the entire planet. i love it.


if i had to pick one character to connect to it would be carrie bradshaw. maybe with a little charlotte thrown in. thats because i cant wait to get married and have a family. but i have more of carries humor, outlook, etc., and i love to write. i absolutely love fashion. and well basically i just am carrie bradshaw. :)


aidan shaw is my favorite guy that carrie dates. oh my goodness. if i could end up with someone like aidan then i would be the happiest girl on the entire planet. some people think he was too much of a push over but a guy who loves me that greats me when i walk in the door with a "hey poptart how ya been and whatcha been doin?" would make me melt.

you are so adorable and cute. i am so proud that i am your sister :)
i also love that you are dressed in black and white polka dots, a pink bow in your hair, and that your dress has a bubble hem. it makes me so very very happy! if you would please let me take you shopping for spring/summer clothes i would be the happiest sister in the world. you see, i don't think it'd be very hard to find cute things because you and i, well we seem to have matching tastes (as shown by these darling pictures).

also i just want to add that i dont ever want you to forget how amazingly talented you are. i gave up playing the piano because i didnt want to practice anymore. please dont ever do that. i look back all the time and am so sad with my decision because if i stuck with it i could have been absoultely incredible. YOU ARE absolutely incredible so dont ever let that go.

terrific & terrible tuesday

okay so confession: today is not terrible! nor is it terrific. they both just started with t's, just like tuesday. if i had to rank today i would rank it at a little bit lower than a mediocre level. the past few days have been rough, but no, they havent been as bad as when i felt the worst id ever felt in my life on friday afternoon. that was probably the lowest and worst ive felt in a while :/ slowly but surely though it seems to be getting better.

i just want to make it known though that i am THANKFUL that even though its been improving at a very slow rate...that its still improving. does that make sense? i hope so. anyways. i want to take my mind off a few things today. ive put together a few fashion collages of things i am adoring right now. i hope you enjoy.

things i love this very wednesday [fashionably wise]

everything piece of the fashion, the makeup, the hair, the feeling evoked from the photographs. especially the shoes. oh the shoes! they are FABULOUS. and chanel iman in her minnie mouse shoot? SO ADOREABLE. when my cousin annie comes up we're going to do a shoot somewhat like that. i can't wati!

oh my goodness i love looking through fashion photography. the photos 3, 4, and 5, are so lovely i think. the model looks so feminine and fragile but still strong at the same time. you can find more of these here.
